Lungora Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders leave the warehouse within two working days. A receipt arrives straight away and a tracking link as soon as the courier collects.
US delivery
Typically 5 to 7 business days by trackable courier. Three- and six-bottle packages ship free within the US; a shipping fee applies to two bottles.
International delivery
Typically 10 to 15 business days. Any import duty or tax charged on arrival is paid by the recipient.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@lungoralung.com and we will trace or reship.
Address changes
Address changes are possible if you tell us within twelve hours of placing the order.
Storage on arrival
Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. A broken or missing safety seal means do not use it; email us instead.
