Lungora Refund Policy
60-day guarantee
Any order made through the Lungora official website is protected for 60 days, counted from the day you bought it. Whatever the reason, you can send it back and have the product price refunded.
How to request a refund
Email support@lungoralung.com with your order number. You will get a return code and warehouse address by reply. Post every bottle from that order, finished ones too.
What is refunded
The product price. Outbound and return postage stay with the buyer.
Timing
Money goes back to the original card within two working weeks of the parcel being checked in.
A note on supply length
A six-bottle order is a 180-day supply and the guarantee is 60 days. If you want to test the product before committing to six, order two or three bottles first.
About other numbers you may see
Some third-party pages advertise different guarantee lengths. Whatever your own checkout page and receipt said is what binds. On this site the figure is 60 days.
Not covered
Purchases from marketplaces or other sellers, and requests that arrive on day 61 or later.
